Delivery Charges and Set-up Fees
Parties with rentals and service will be charged according to the scale of your event. There is a separate fee for set-up, the amount is based on the size and time frame of the set up.

Menu Construction
Food tastings are encouraged. Our staff will accompany you to any food tasting and meet with your chef to ensure you have all that you will need for your event. We work closely with a select few caterers in the Metro area and would be happy to make a suggestion if you do not have a caterer in mind. Final head counts are due 14 days prior to your event.

Payment Policy
All event dates will be reserved upon reciept of 50% deposit of total balance. Final balance due the day prior to your event date. All invoices unpaid 30 days after event date are subject to a 5% late fee for each additional 30 day period.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made within 90 days of scheduled event will be charged full price. Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to event date will receive 50% of original depsoit, excluding consultation fee totals.

Party Rental Items & Rental Facility Policy
Party rental items broken or damaged in normal rental usage will be the responsibility of the client. Items broken or damaged due to abnormal or misuse will be covered by party responsible for misuse. Facility rental contracts shall be in the clients name. Client will be liable for security deposits set-up and clean-up fees incured from rental facility, liability insurance for food situations will be provided by individual food vendor. Faire La Fete will not be responsible for any items broken or damaged due to normal facility rental usage should be covered by facility rental agreement and facility insurance or client. Faire La Fete will not be responsible for facility breakage or damamge due to misuse or abnormal use and should be paid for by the party responsible. Any client desiring to insure event against liability is responsible for aquiring thier own liability policy.

Pament Timeline
The signing of an event contract and a reservation fee will reserve Faire La Fete for your date. The reservation fee will be applied to your final balance. 50% of your balance is due 14 days prior to your event along with your final head count. Faire La Fete will not reserve any rentals, or linens until this payment is secured. Final balance should be paid in full the day prior to your event. If this final balance is not paid the day priorto your event, you run the risk of forfieting any services coordinated for your event by Faire La Fete. Faire La Fete does not accept Credit Cards and charges $50.00 for all returned checks.
