Wedding Day Coordination and/or
Event Management Package
Includes the following:

SITE EVALUATION:
Your coordinator comes to the venue of your choice to get familiar with the lay out and do any troubleshooting required. This is also your opportunity to define where you want things set up and how.

MEETINGS:
(2) 2 hour meetings to be held 2 weeks prior to your event to discuss your needs in full detail and make any necessary changes to your itinerary.  We will discuss your desires on a detailed level before hand so that we can function on your behalf the day of your wedding.

PRE-WEDDING DAY:
One week prior to the wedding we will call all vendors to make sure they have everything they need and to confirm all of your expectations. We will give them faire la fete ‘s contact information for the day of the wedding and instruct them to call US with any questions or concerns.

WEDDING DAY:
Your Coordinator and up to 5 Associates will be on site 3 hours prior to your ceremony to serve as the main point of contact for your vendors.   We are on site to speak for you so that you can get ready untouched by the logistics of the day. We can also assist in distributing final payments (DJ, photographer, etc.)

We set up, and decorate your venue to your specifications and warmly greet each of your guests and diplomatically guide them throughout the progress of the reception.

We are even on site to break down your decorations, transport keepsake items, and gifts to a secure location so you can depart without a concern in the world. We aid in any fashion to suite your personal needs. We’ll even arrange some personal effects for you at your request to make your day very special.
We enable you to spend your wedding day as the GUEST OF HONOR not a frantic bride.

*$850.00 for full package
*Figure (1) Associate per 60 guests.
*Additional fees per Associate $100.00.
*Travel Fee outside of Oklahoma City may apply.
