Delivery Charges and Set-up Fees
Parties with rentals and service will be charged according to the scale of your event. There is a $30 minimum delivery fee for every food order. We encourage additional gratuity for delivery personnel.

Placing Food Orders
Hours of business are from 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
All food orders should be placed 24-48 hours in advance to ensure that your order
can be filled. We will do our best to accommodate any last minute arrangements.
Headcount changes cannot be made after 4 days prior to event date.

Payment Policy
All event dates will be confirmed upon reciept of 50% deposit. Final balance due on event date. All invoices unpaid 30 days after event date are subject to a 5% late fee for each additional 30 day period.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled event will be charged full price. Cancellations made within four days of event day will be charged 50% of ticket price. Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled event will pay full coordination fee based on invoice total and an inventory placement fee for food and rentals as designated by individual vendor.

Party Rental items & Rental Facility Policy
Party rental items broken or damaged in normal rental usage will be coverd by party securing the rental agreement. Items broken or damaged due to abnormal or misuse will be covered by party responsible for misuse. Facility rental contracts shall be in the clients name. Client will be liable for security deposits set-up and clean-up fees, liability insurance for food situations will be provided by individual food vendor. Any items broken or damaged due to normal facility rental usage should be covered by facility rental agreement and facility insurance. Facility breakage or damamge due to misuse or abnormal use should be paid for by the party responsible. Any client desiring to insure event against liability is responsible for aquiring thier own temporary liability policy.
